Kebab
Kebab is a dish where meat, vegetables or fruits are on a skewer. It is very appealing and usually very tasty. It is one of the most loved healthy dishes
- 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers
- A handful of cherry tomatoes or squared tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of Olives
- Handful of onions, squared
- 300g Large diced meat – beef, chicken, fish or turkey
- Salt to taste
- 1 seasoning cube
- 1/2 Scotch bonnet pepper
- 1 small size onions
- 1/2 tsp curry spice
- 1/2 tsp thyme
Directions
- Put the meat in a bowl
- Blend the onions, scotch bonnet, curry, thyme and salt together
- Pour the mixture over the meat and let it marinate for about 2 hours
- Roast or grill the meat till it is light brown and cooked
- Set it aside
- Take the kebab sticks or skewers and stick the meat alternating with the vegetables to make it colourful
